The Roast is then carefully monitored in both time & temperature to highlight and balance each of the flavour profiles. Detour use the Loring Kestrel Roaster which is an incredibly energy efficent machine.
Sustainable Roasting is an important aspect of the Detour roasting process as their emissions are 80% lower than most because their green roaster captures and reuses what others release into the environment
All of our ingredients are local, ethical and organic whenever possible.
